OK. So here's the deal. If you're looking for a light-weight oil to give your hair some extra nourishment, and shine - this is the oil for you. It's also a really great oil, to put a few drops in the palm of your hand, right after you get a fresh silk press, or flat iron.
Another little secret is that Argan oil acts as a natural heat protectant. So if you're super "let me do the all natural thang" and not add any random products to your hair. You can add a few drops of Argan oil to the palm of your hand, and work it in to your damp hair prior to blow drying and/or heat styling.
Note: rule of thumb with oils - a little goes a long way. Don't empty the bottle in your hair before applying heat styling tools. That's not going to end well...LOL!
This oil will not weigh your hair down, or ruin your fresh due. It will actually give your hair the little boost you need as you walk down the street letting your beautiful tresses blow in the wind. Argan oil really helps to condition, and soften your strands. It's also great to tame fly-aways, and frizzy hair.
Here's a quick breakdown on Argan oil, and why it's so highly regarded in the hair and skin industry:
Argan oil is a light weight oil, that is a really nice carrier oil to add to any mixture of your favorite essential oils. I like to add Argan oil to my proprietary blend of carrier oils and essential oils for hair, because of its high vitamin E and fatty acid content. Argan oil does not weigh down the hair, and penetrates the hair shaft with just a few drops. Argan oil is a great moisturizer for your face, and hair.
